(Test Builds) Update Pushed:
* Fixed some handheld issues.
* Fixed some text calrity issues.
* UI fixes.
* New weapon: Seax - quick attack, two chances per turn, but lower damage - increase game skinning efficiency.
* Daily balance is not reset before all rent is paid.
* Changed how hauling is leveled up.
* Teacher events now only happen when the teacher is actually teaching.
* Fixed issue with pressing certain keys when naming. a pet.
* Fixed tonic production at herbalist hut.
* You can enrol child in school if they have a job.
* Advanced gameplay settings: Arrows - this will make it so bows require arrows to function - can be made at home or in workshop.
* New homemade productions - arrows, axe, bow.

* Added an option in the escape menu to see your advanced gameplay settings.
* Adjusted the hitboxes on trade +/- when transfering items.
* Advanced game settings - Added option to cap the max silver of rich immigrants.
* Advanced game setting - max wild animals setting.
* Advanced game setting - Option to add additional raiders to every raid.
* Fixed some text clarity issues.
* The player now has access to rental inventories, but will be punished with a relationship penalty if they remove stuff from it.
* Advanced game settings - option to turn off death and injury production events.

* Fixed a bug where any building could make nails.
* Made it so civic buildings don’t require nails.
* Changed graveyard grave calculation to be based on family wealth, not individual wealth.
* Fixed issue where loading a game could enable nails.
* Lowered the max ages of the ‘old man’ and ’old woman’ templates which can be randomly chosen for new families.
* Added a bit more text to the immigration approval notification.

* Advanced gameplay settings - adding Land Tax as an option
* Upgraded the engine to the latest and greatest version (I was running a couple years behind). This may or may not offer some benefits.

* New item - tonic - used to restore a large portion of your energy. Can be made at herbalist hut and alehouse.
* AI will no longer be subject to certain player actions when there is a raid (begging, etc).

* Fixed a bug with selling poisoned items.
* Now when people relax they will take the opporunity to bond with people relaxing nearby.
* Fixed issue with trading items from your pack.
* Fixed a potential issue with people dancing for far too long.
* Rediced the time people will wait for a chat, and reduced the distance people will travel to chat with someone.
* Optimised AI fishing.
* Tweaks to social and energy needs fulfilment requirements.
